Prophesy And Proclaim

I must prophesy and proclaim to you that this is no time to swerve! This is the season to stay straight on the path of righteousness. This is the time to focus on your destination. Focusing on the Word of God will get you there. It is the best GPS and it is filled with hope and direction.

Do you remember the last time you swerved? Usually when you swerve it is because of a distraction. This distraction caused you to be unaware of what was ahead of you. This lack of focus demanded that you made quick move to avoid hitting an unexpected obstacle.

This is the season to stay focused so that you can see what is ahead. This is the season to stay focused on your faith. This is the season to make sure that you confession matches up with your profession of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is the time to remember what you believe and make sure that your words line up with what you believe.

Do you believe that you can do all things through Christ? Then do not swerve on that confession. Do not go back to saying that things are too difficult or too hard for you to accomplish. Do not let distraction change your confession to doubt. There are some things that will pop up in your life that you did not see coming but your confession must stay the same. You must stay rooted and grounded in the Word of God.

Hebrews 10:23, in the NIV version says, “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.”

When the obstacles of life come in your path, hold on to hope! If we hold onto the hope we have in Jesus then those promises He has made will come to pass in our lives.

You cannot let go to what has been given to you! God has given you a great gift in His Word, His promises. Hold on to them with everything! Amen.
